Licia Missori is an Italian pianist and composer. Classically trained from an early age, throughout her life she has performed concerts both as a soloist and together with other artists, accumulating hundreds of shows in nineteen different countries. She has toured and recorded albums with several acts in the rock scene, including Belladonna, Spiral69 and Steve Hewitt from Placebo; she’s been a touring member of German symphonic metal band Haggard since January 2020. Missori has also worked as a pianist and composer for theatrical performances, TV shows and mute films. She has performed in theaters all over Italy with actor Giancarlo Giannini and worked for several years as a resident pianist in various locations in Europe. She has released five albums of her own piano compositions plus a classical music album, a video game music album, an album of piano versions of famous rock songs, and a book of poetry.
Graduated with honors in Music and Performing Arts, she obtained a University Master in Music of the XX Century, and a Master in Video Game Music Composition at the St. Cecilia Conservatory of Rome with full marks and honors. She has been working as a video game composer since 2019, mainly collaborating with advergame company Gamindo, producing music for brands like Google, Discovery Plus, Chiara Ferragni, Lavazza, Mulino Bianco and many others.
Alongside her own compositions, she has created many piano rearrangements of famous songs by artists such as Depeche Mode, The Cure, David Bowie, Radiohead, Placebo, Muse, Billie Eilish, Lana Del Rey, Britney Spears, Coldplay, Linkin Park, U2, The Beatles and more, which she regularly performs at her piano solo shows. These piano covers are featured on her latest solo album Alternative Dimensions.
